Took the kids to Chuck E. Cheese one afternoon for some fun!

I have not been inside a Chuck E. Cheese in more than 5 years, so my expectations tonight we’re not at all high. I was just looking for a place to get my kids out of the house for a quick night of fun. But honestly this place is not at all how I remembered it. I am incredibly surprised by the level of service, and cleanliness here. And on top of that, there was not a single game that did not work. Their website had coupons that we were able to use for two large pizzas and an hour of unlimited play. They don’t use tokens or print tickets anymore, all transactions happen on a play card which you do have to pay $1.00 for, but it is reloadable and can be used for future visits. Servers are no longer carrying out orders, we were given a pager that vibrated when our food was ready and there is a window that you pick up your food at. The salad bar was stocked and the area was well maintained. Employees were walking around sweeping and the dining and gaming areas were just really nice and tidy.

Best place for a kid to be a kid! Large parking lot! Very clean and renewed. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable on the whole menu and how play time works. The salad buffet was fully stocked and lots of options. Pizza here is always hot fresh and tasty. Lots of room to sit and the party area has expanded. New videos play on the big screen and the toddler area has more rides and games. All the games worked and the prize center had lots of good stuff for the kids to pick from. They have ice cream vending machine and digital tickets. Overall perfect day for any kid!

This location ROCKS! The managers Liz, Albert and all other managers major Kudos and shout out. You guys are Awesome! The staff here is phenomenal and treat you like family. They are very thoughtful and caring and make you feel very welcome. You get lots of personal attention. The salad bar is always stocked and clean. Keep on Rocking it guys! Thanks for all the great times and the memories. You are truly Amazing!

On Saturday June 21 we celebrated my nieces birthday and everything went well. The person who took care of us did a great job. He was very helpful. There is one person there, thank God he was not there on Saturday, but he needs to get retrained for customer service. I wish I would have had his name. Overall a good place. One more thing, they did let us decorate with the Barbie theme. That was nice of them.

We went here on a weekday right when it opened around 11 AM and it was empty! This was great because we have toddlers who don't always want to fight with the big kids to play the games. my friend had the silver pass that gave her 100 games every day and 20% or 30% off food. Each game is worth one point, so the kids really had 100 games to play which takes longer than you think! They had tons of fun and it felt like a good amount of time we were there and not a really quick trip where each game is worth five points, so 100 points is not really many games. I can see this place getting really busy on the weekend and it being harder to play the games and have fun with Little kids, going on a weekday was great! There was also a trampoline section that they could've played in, but it was closed. They also had a bunch of little kid rides like a carousel and a lot of the games were lowered so you didn't have to lift your child up or have a stroller or stool for them to play. Whenever we go to Dave & Buster's or esports arcade, I always have to lift my kid up because he is too short. There was also ample parking so we didn't have to struggle to find a good spot. We parked right in the front. As for how clean it was, it felt pretty clean to me, but that's also because we were maybe one of the three families playing there that afternoon so it wasn't very crowded. The music also wasn't loud, in fact, I'm not even sure there was music playing because it didn't bother me. Thus, overall I would recommend this place on a weekday. The pass to get free games every day ranges from $7.99 to 30 bucks per month for 12 month agreement so you have your choice of what you want to do. Or you can go there and just buy games on the day that you decide play. We will be back again on a weekday! Oh yeah, and the staff was really friendly too. When we asked them questions, they didn't give us any attitude, probably because they didn't feel too overworked with nobody there! And they were willing to help us!

We had such an Amazing time at Chuck E. Cheese today! After a long shift I brought my boys in to get out some energy and when we came in Albert was attentive right away. He definitely made our experience great today and we'll definitely be back to have some fun. We came in at 3:50pm and if you are a person that is a introvert. This is definitely the perfect time for you to come in, when we came at this time there was only us and a couple other people here. We also enjoyed the french fries and personal pizza for my two boys to share and the rest was enjoyed on nostalgic video games.
